FUNCTIONS:

Demand lead for Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process/GSOP Design and maintain the reporting of the demand signal and S&OPFacilitate the business unit local demand reviews to ensure 6 Quarter commercial planChallenge the assumptions and demand at the business unit demand meetings prior to consolidationConsolidate the demand from the business units within the regionLead the consolidated demand meetings, challenging the assumptions and numbers of the business unitsPresent to the senior leadership team UK forecast, highlighting opportunities and risk by brand and market, facilitating strategic and tactical decision makingEnsuring that European Supply planning, understand the consolidated demand signal.

Highlighting major change and confidence levels.

Additionally supplying data to ensure usage of the WAPE safety stock modelManage the process for consolidating IPP, stage-gate, lock-down & post evaluation for NPD forecastsSet forecast accuracy targets and work with business units on levers to achievePublish and monitor forecast accuracy measures by business unit and region.

To review best practice processes and techniques and implement them across the region where appropriateFunctional expertise and training to all the demand teams in the marketResolve technical issues with the demand tools used across the marketSupport development of the demand personnel across the marketLead Regional Demand Planning team including set and review performance objectives, provide development opportunities, coach and motivate, review resources Requirements:
