The role

What are you going to do?

Coordinate with existing teams to implement security policies, procedures, and standards for the bank's IT infrastructure.
Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate security measures.
Conduct research on new security technologies and products to ensure the bank's security posture is uptodate and effective.
Maintain documentation of security systems and processes for compliance and audit purposes.
Participate in incident response and investigation activities as needed.

What will make you succeed in your role?:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent expertise.
3+ years of experience in banking security or a related field.
Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI-DSS, SOC
Knowledge of privacy frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
English C1, or equivalent.

Bonus Points:

Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and data loss prevention tools.
Aqua, Prisma, Snyk or similar vulnerability scan tooling.
Infrastructure as Code
CI/CD, GitLab, GitHub, etc.
Pentesting tooling and coordination.
Major cloud providers, AWS.
