COMPLIANCE OPERATIONS - DATA ANALYST - OPERATIONS (Openbank)

Mission and responsibilities:
As a Compliance Operations - Data analyst, you would form part of the team managing Financial Crime Compliance operations.
The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assume ownership of current kpis, reports and controls across multiple Compliance & fraud products. Ownership will include building, and monitoring daily data controls essential for reporting
- Generate automated daily and monthly reports on data quality breaks and data validation shifts outside of BAU thresholds
- Drives and participates in design, development and implementation of future Compliance data controls
- Promote the continuous improvement of the compliance related processes in terms of quality and efficiency through automation
- Liaise between lines of operations, business and technology team and other Data Management analysts to communicate control status and escalate issues according to defined process
The main tasks of this position will be the following:
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in data management, specifically SQL/Python programming languages.
- Capacity to execute highquality querys in those programming languages
- Quality driven with high focus on accuracy and ability to compile information, analyze data and make sound decisions
- Selfdriven, leadership qualities, proactive and energetic.
- MS Office proficient.
To be successful in the role you must have:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar.
- MS Office proficient.
- Specific AML/CFT experience
- Fluent Spanish
- Advanced English
