Your Role
The PMO associate is responsible for supporting PMO operations and team that provide services for Technical Delivery Towers in Mexico and Spain.
As a PMO associate your main responsibilities will involve
- PMO operations: Finance management, Supplier management, Resource & Capacity management, KPIs, Performance Reports, Commercial Decks and Pipeline management
- Oversee continuous improvement of methodologies, governance processes and tools to enable their programs to manage and implement change effectively to deliver business strategy.
- Support to key stakeholders, providing specialist guidance around business change to enable the implementation of processes and change initiatives, apart from businessasusual activities.
- Enhance existing organizational project management office capabilities.
- Support relationships with key customers to influence them to do business with PMO.
- Purpose new initiatives and opportunities.
- Understand key customer individual needs and address these. Resolve supplier and customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Support in the monthly reporting and annual planning process in main workstreams, such as commercial, finance and delivery performance.
Your skills and experience
- Preferable bachelor's degree (or in process) in IT, business or related field
- 1+ years' experience in IT PMO, Account/Delivery Management or related field
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency
- Ability to sustain a conversation at C-Level
- Advanced English and Spanish
- Agile skills. Excellent organizational skills and multitask, great work under pressure
- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance creating something from scratch, be proactive, work under pressure and handle uncertainty. A "can do" positive attitude, proactive and "hands on".
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Flexible work schedule to interact with Barcelona team.
- Experience in global operations and multicultural teams
