Your mission:

We are looking for a one-of-a-kind
VP of Marketing, reporting to the CEO and working closely with the rest of the Leadership Team (product, sales,) in order to build the leading B2B sustainable mobility platform and boost the transition to electric fleets across European businesses.

Key responsabilities:

Build & lead the most amazing Marketing Team to achive the best:

Brand:

Design & shape the PandaGo brand, its attributes & personality, ensuring brand integrity across multiple channels and products, and positioning the brand as the benchmark in B2B sustainable mobility solutions.

Content:

Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B content strategy (education-based marketing) in order to 1) help businesses in their transition to new forms of mobility, and 2) position PandaGo as a thought leader in the sustainable mobility space.

Our contents must be practical and useful and must add clear value to our customers along the buyer journey:
from problem education to solution research and up to solution selection. If done right, our content will add as much value as our solutions.

Customer segments & Value Proposition:

define our core customer segments, and strategize, launch, test, and iterate our segmented value propositions & offer, in close collaboration with our CEO and our product and sales teams.

Demand Generation:

Plan, define, execute and measure inbound & outbound marketing programs to drive, nurture and accelerate pipeline growth.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

We
expect our VP of Marketing to have
significant experience in:

Hiring, developing and leading a high-performance Marketing Team.
Brand building and Content strategy. Strong storytelling and connecting skills.
Defining segmented Customer Value Propositions.
Desirable experience in demand generation and funnel nurturing.

And have
