What your responsibilities will be

Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the IT Quality Applications team is meeting the needs of the business, being aligned with Business Units goals.
Align the team results to the strategic objectives.
Managing the budget for the IT Quality Applications team
Lead the IT Quality Applications projects pipeline.
Ensure that resources are used effectively, and mentoring and developing team members to ensure that they are reaching their full potential.
Be the main direct responsible and tram representative of the IT Quality Applications
Work and define the roadmap for continuous product enhancement and product innovation inside IT Quality Applications

Required skills

At least 3 years of experience in a management role
Excellent leadership and management skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience in the life science industry and in validated environments.
Experience leading projects implementation related to Quality systems.
Experience with SAP QM module.
Experience with QMS standard market products related to Change Control, Deviations, CAPA, Complaints, Risk Management.
Experience with other related QM logistics SAP modules such as WM/EWM, PM or PP
S/4 HANA experience
Spanish proficiency & English advanced
University degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or similar fields

Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h.
