Summary of the role
We are expanding our DACH technical team and searching for a highly motivated, proactive and dynamic technician who would like to join to a growth company.
In this role you will:
- Provide Telephone technical assistance
- Create technical documentation
- Select and calculate equivalents and appropriated compressors and components
- Create content for web and technicalcommercial presentations
- Manage warranty request
- Give technical support to different internal customers (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Product Manager)
You will need:
- Studies: Industrial engineering or Degree in industrial refrigeration systems refrigeration and airconditioning installations.
- Experience: experience in sector is not necessary, but desirable
- Languages: High level of spoken and written English and German
- Willingness to travel sporadically
