We are currently hiring an experienced
Functionality QA Test Lead **for our Testing Department in our HQ in Málaga, Spain.

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a FQA Lead in gaming industry.

As FQA Lead you will manage video game testing projects in a deadline driven environment taking full ownership of the tasks entrusted to you.

Your job is to ensure successful project completion and 100% customer satisfaction.

You are expected to be a good team player helping the Project Manager and testing teams in their daily tasks as well as working independently.

Requirements:

Ability to follow instructions and established processes
Good communication, planning and organization skills
Positive, problem solving, procompany "can do" attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
Understand the importance of confidentiality, security and quality
Customer focused, understand the importance of continuous customer satisfaction
Capacity to lead and motivate multilingual tester teams in a dynamic and fastpaced work environment where schedule changes are part of planning
Able to work with tight deadlines in a deadline driven environment
Able to see the full picture as well as have a keen eye for detail
English at a native or near native level. Other languages are a plus
Tools: Jira / Mantis / Helix / DevTrack
IT literacy: MS Office, especially Excel
Flexible and a good team player
Available for day and evening shifts
Willingness to learn and grow to the next level

Responsibilities

Follow company policy and values
Adhere to existing procedures
Timely management of the given tasks
Assist the Project Managers throughout projects
Support project and team preparation for execution, e.g. testing space preparation, firmware updates, bug tracking tool set up, etc.
Prepare, assign and monitor tester's daily tasks
Support and motivate testing teams with their daily work and progress
Bug vetting, tracking and bug database maintenance
Prepare daily/weekly reports and other admin tasks
Create and maintain project documentation
Provide feedback of tester's performance
Participate in tester trainings
Help in resource selection
Test when requested
Other related tasks
Report to Testing Project Manager / Localization Manager
