You will have the opportunity to be part of promoting our products in the Immunology Therapeutical Area.

As a Sales Representative you are responsible (directly or indirectly) for achieving sales targets and promoting the products to medical practitioners and allied health care professionals for a specific account, product or a given territory in Dermatology specialty area.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Promotes Novartis' portfolio and services by providing the latest, relevant and authorized data, key messages & disease information to the right customer at the right time, to support HCP decision making & optimize patient outcomes in an ethical way, through:
  • Using all available data sources and digital tools to build, dynamically prioritize, and adapt relevant territory and customer engagement plans.
  • Maintaining a deep and current knowledge of industry, Therapeutic Area, competitor and buyer dynamics and focuses effort on priority customer opportunities.
  • Demonstrating advanced customer engagement skills to deliver high quality customer interactions and improving customer experience for the benefit of patients.
  • Behaving ethically, align with regulatory requirements and adhere to Novartis values and behaviors.

Role Requirements

Essential Requirements:


  • Scientific bachelor's degree or relevant education in Life Sciences ideally.
  • Demonstrated experience in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical sales in Hospital or Primary Care. Immunology therapeutic area or biologicals knowledge and experience is a big advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, resilience, and strategical vision skills required with strong ability to coordinate and prioritize.
  • Capacity to work in crossfunctional teams: leadership achieving common goals.
  • Written and spoken proficiency in Spanish, English is an advantage.
