About the Job Opening:
We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in ecommerce projects, able to work under
minimal supervision, will supported by the exisng teams provide oversight and guidance to project
teams The Project Manager is responsible for accomplishing the stated project objecves, building
the release plan, managing scope, financials and melines.

REQUIREMENTS

• Past exposure to web technologies and web development life cycle is a plus.
• Communication skills, especially working in virtual teams
• Conflict and expectation management
• Business analysis skills
• Oral and written fluent in English and Spanish
• Agile Scrum methodology is a plus, PM certification
• Past exposure to SAP commerce cloud is a plus
• Experience of at least 2-5 years in multinational companies, enough to be able to

manage conflicts, challenge business customers and drive them in the proper direction.

• Knowledge of Digital Marketing is a plus (SEO, web-analytics, campaign management)
• communication between the onsite and offshore teams and the client stakeholders.
• Excellent influencing and facilitation skills, in particular problem solving/troubleshooting

activities.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a resilient and flexible manner
• Is capable of becoming recognized as an expert within Cognizant and can develop this

profile within the client organization
