The EU Engineering Services team is looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join as a Senior Regional Manager, Engineering Planning and Analytics team.

This person will lead the EP&A; as well as GESS Programs, Reporting and Standards. This role will also be responsible for Product Management of GESS tools.
Key job responsibilities

• Own the process/ tools and mechanisms for Module & Business Excellence , evaluate , conclude within SLAs
• Identify process defects through stakeholder feedback and audits.

Facilitate cross functional mechanisms to minimize defects in a measurable way

• Review new module change requests from corporate and site stakeholders against existing/latest standards
• Identify and address customer and business pain points by actively deep diving into data and operational processes and working with cross-functional teams
• Work with GES and partner SME's to identify cost reduction and cost avoidance opportunities, through processes to evaluate change requests, and facilitating lessons learnt from changes at a network level
• Lead process improvement projects and development of new tools to better support the business
• Schedule and moderate multiple weekly standing meetings with internal teams to obtain or share information and approve changes; coordinate information between various teams in the organizationAbout the teamThe Module & Business Excellence team is a pillar within the EMEA GES EP&A; (Engineering Planning & Analytics) organization

The team's focus is:

• To drive a Module Change Cycle process with our internal customers (site delivery teams,ACES,PE,OPS)
• To Maximize value to the business through driving latest and greatest design changes for future launches
• To ensure a process with thorough evaluation of change requests, which leads to savings or cost avoidance
• To deliver Talent Programs, that enhances employee accelerates professional development, and ensures a pipeline of skilled individuals ready to contribute effectively across various roles within the company
