Job Title:

Cards and Payment Functional SME

1. Job Summary
We are looking for an exceptional Product Testers to work with our cross-functional team, and join our world-class community of talented experts

2. Key Responsibilities

% of time

Performs Card and Payment testing design against detailed specifications.
Perform execution for assigned task
Review and recommend improvements to existing test procedures.
Defines test objectives, creates test plans and develops automated test cases/procedures.
Provides test results to management and customers that are clear and concise.
Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes.
Conduct job trainings and provide assistance to Junior QA Automation Engineers as needed.
Responsible for recognizing and creating awareness of process or quality problems.

3. Job Requirements

Essential Skills:

Strong Understanding and working experience in Temenos and Fiserv Cards &Payment
Experience in Payments (Cards, Networks, Issuers, Acquirers) and ability to speak to all business teams to resolve Production issues
The associate should have experience in API testing with strong knowledge of Postman/SOAP UI tool. Additional knowledge of IRIS API would be of added advantage
Should have worked in Agile & DevOps project model to understand and work on CI/CD
The bank works on Jira tool for Test case management and defect management. This is a must skillset for the requirement.
A min. of 310 years of banking knowledge and experience is required in Cards and Temenos
Strong communication skills
Spanish and language skills is a must
Strong experience in JIRA test management tool
Languages: Spanish is good to have along with English.

Nice to Have Skills.

Experience working in Agile Projects. (Nicetohave Jira + Confluence)
A problem solver with a keen eye for details and a strong desire to learn.
Selfdirected, independent and comfortable in a fast paced, ambiguous and often multidirectional work environments
Experience in BANKING is a plus

Qualifications:

***- Good to have - Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL): ISTQB
