Are you passionate to enable sales reps to successfully sell HR and Payroll solutions across different territories in Europe? Do you strive to develop differentiating sales stories and commercial material? If so, you are the one we are looking for to join our European market readiness team.

As a Product/Go-to-market marketeer, you enable sales to sell the SD Worx' offering (HR and payroll software, outsourcing, consulting and insights) to clients and prospects.

You prepare the go-to-market of solutions by creating convincing, differentiating messaging and commercial material to be used across sales functions.

You will be part of a multi-functional team within the 'Market readiness' division with team members from all across Europe and Mauritius.

You report into the Solution Marketing Manager based in Belgium.

This is your job description

You actively participate in the Gotomarkets of existing and new products/solutions across European countries.
You enable sales reps in winning B2B customers or upsell/crosssell to the existing customer base with compelling storytelling and content assets along the buyer's journey (sales stories, sales decks, videos, case studies, websites etc).
You know how to tell a story which shows the customer value and resonates to the clients/prospects needs.
You actively use market insights, trends, results of research to underpin a compelling story and creating a burning platform.
You develop internal sales playbooks to guide and educate, and make content available via a sales enablement platform.
You create a collaborative environment with all stakeholders to be aligned on deliverables, milestones and timings.
You work together with our inhouse digital marketing and graphic design agency to ensure that sales collateral is on brand.
You'll be working closely together with teams like sales, portfolio & products, research & intelligence and field.

Who you are and what you can do

You have a solid understanding of product marketing, gotomarket projects, B2B marketing and/or sales enablement.
You have a master's degree or equivalent level of experience and +5 year working experience in marketing.
You like working in an international and virtual environment.
Experience in HR and/or technology are a plus.
You are a fluent in English speaker, and ideally Dutch or French native speaker to support the Dutch and French speaking countries in Europe.
You are good in storytelling and know better than anyone how to attract and engage customers with convincing and differentiating sales and marketing messages articulating the value we bring.
You have strong communication, marketing and project management skills to handle the varied and many tasks to be undertaken.
You are a team player as well as an organised individual who can work under pressure and meet numerous deadlines.
You take initiative and work together with colleagues in a solutionoriented way.
