    Deckhand Required for 80m Private Yacht

    About the Role

    We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic deckhand to join our active and fun crew on an 80m private yacht.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • To assist with all deck operations, including mooring, anchoring, and general maintenance
    • To work effectively as part of a team to provide exceptional service to guests
    • To participate in shore-based activities, such as hikes and bike rides, when not at sea

    Contract Details

    The initial contract will be for one month to ensure a smooth transition and to allow both the crew member and the vessel to determine their compatibility.

    Following this, the contract will move to a 5:1 rotation for the first year, with an increase to 90 days thereafter.

    Requirements

    To be considered for this role, you must possess a RYA Yachtmaster Offshore qualification or equivalent.
