    Your mission

    We are looking for a commercially driven eCommerce Merchandise Planner to join the Digital team. As a Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring that our sales are maximized at the highest possible margin and the highest possible sell-through. Your expertise in analysing historical and current, sales and analytics data and propose actions based on these will be key drive our performance, by having the right product at the right time at the right price.

    Main responsabilities

  • Manage Open-To-Buy (OTB) and in-season additions based on in-season performance and distribute left over stock to off-season channels.
  • Define markdown strategy for eCommerce assortment, coordinate activities of eCommerce teams with regards to markdowns, and facilitate alignment with retail teams.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and provide analytical support to key stakeholders prior, during and after seasons through reports based on sell-in / sell out information, returns data and stock levels
  • Partner with Traders to analyse weekly sales reports and present key learnings, areas of opportunity and proposed actions during trade meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including trading, digital intelligence, performance marketing, operations and supply chain, to develop accurate demand forecasts.
  • Communication and Reporting: Regularly communicate inventory status, sales trends, and potential supply chain issues to relevant stakeholders.

  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in inventory planning, merchandise planning, or related roles within the fashion industry.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Advanced English and Spanish.
