Requirements:

• The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with the last 2 years in a Technical Lead role
• They should have a strong understanding of coding best practices, be fluent in English, and have experience with technologies such as Microservices, Rest APIs, and domain-driven design.

Responsibilities:

• The Tech Lead will be responsible for leading the technical development of an analytics-first Strategic Sourcing Platform, working in a remote environment with a team of 40 people
• The platform empowers Procurement teams and is part of a startup with great growth potential.

8+ years of .NET experience, solid understanding of architectural patterns, TDD, DDD, Event Sourcing, CQRS, etc.

Demonstrable experience as a Java Developer, knowledge of core Java, experience with Spring Boot, Play Framework or JHipster, knowledge on Spring Core, good knowledge of AWS, understanding of developing applications with SOAP or RESTful Web Services

12-15 years of development experience, good communication skills, proficiency in Angular/ReactJS/NodeJS, knowledge of deployment pipelines and SQL, ability to work second shift in India

Strong experience in QA, manual and automated testing methodologies, testing frameworks and languages, API automation, DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, Agile and Scrum methodologies, cross-functional team collaboration

Experience working with Python and a framework such as Django or Flask, Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, Familiarity with software development processes using CI/CD tools, Experience with Microservices, Experience with ElasticSearch, Experience in Frontend Development, Ability to apply SOLID principles to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code, Effective teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work in Agile environments and mentor junior developers, Proficient in English (C1 level and higher), Cloud Experience

Proven experience as a Tech Lead in mobile application development, expertise in Flutter and Dart, understanding of native iOS and Android development.
