1 digital enabler of client and regulatory technology for financial services, is seeking a skilled Client Solutions Consultant who is fluent in French to join their team in the Information Technology industry.

As a Client Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for working with clients to design, configure, and implement Fenergo's regulatory and client lifecycle management (CLM) solutions.

Fenergo is a rapidly growing RegTech firm with over 70 global financial institutions as clients.

Their award-winning CLM suite digitally transforms how financial institutions manage clients, from initial onboarding to ongoing lifecycle KYC reviews and refreshes.

Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to understand their business processes and requirements
• Participate in requirements gathering and design workshops
• Work closely with project teams to implement Fenergo's regulatory and CLM solutions
• Provide training to clients on Fenergo's solutions
• Understand and advise clients on best practices in client onboarding and KYC/AML compliance
• Provide postimplementation support to clients as needed

Requirements:

• Fluency in French and English
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years' experience in a technical or business consulting role
• Experience in the financial services industry a plus
• Familiarity with project management principles
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex business processes and data
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, including international travel
