    Senior Planner Non-Saleable

    We are seeking a skilled professional with strong operational drives, excellent communication skills in English, and a basic understanding of FMCG/Luxury Industries and Supply Chain Management. The ideal candidate will be result-oriented, problem-solving focused, and autonomous.

    The role involves:

    • Global Demand Planner Non-Saleable Prestige: Coordinate the non-saleable S&OP drumbeat with global and local teams, lead the monthly NS demand valorization and comparison to financial budgets exercise, and participate in the Global NS S&OP preparation and meeting.
    • Non-Saleable Demand Process Enabler: Lead the forecast completeness process on samples and testers, work closely with global S&OP leaders and long-range demand planners to monitor demand evolution and ensure 24M demand signals.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Forecast accuracy within 0-12 months horizon for brands under responsibility.
    • Ensure forecast completeness within 13-24 months horizon, leading global demand operational tasks in collaboration with global brand teams and monthly brand reviews.

    Requirements:

    • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Proficient in Excel, with VBA and Power BI knowledge an advantage.
    • Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
    • Able to work autonomously with steady support from the manager.
