OVERALL MISSION

We are currently seeking a proactive and inquisitive controlling intern to join the Finance Department at our Madrid Head Office, focusing on Travel & Expenses and Sales. In this role, you will provide support to the retail network in the Mediterranean Region, which includes Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Israel, and Turkey.

TASKS

  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, partners, and third-party solution providers (SAP, Concur, etc.)
  • Conduct accounting and reconciliation tasks related to expense notes and cash advance reports
  • Prepare key performance indicators (KPIs) for Travel & Expenses
  • Contribute to the monthly closing activities for Travel & Expenses
  • Lead and engage in projects aimed at enhancing existing processes through problem-solving techniques
  • Contribute to daily sales reporting activities within the department to members of the CODIR
  • Monitor purchase order flows for the retail network in the Mediterranean region

PROFILE

  • A student with a keen interest in International Relations, Finance and Accounting, or Human Resources
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • An adept analyst with strong time management capabilities
  • Detail-oriented and attentive to accuracy
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; knowledge of French is advantageous
  • Eligible for a university agreement ('Convenio universitario')
  • Available for Full-Time or Part-Time positions
