    Revenue & Asset Business Analyst Southern Europe - SSCC MadridAsset Management:

    • Creation of Business Cases for the assessment of the viability of new hotels.
    • Data market research of external information: (CoStar, LightHouse, etc.) and official sources (INE), and internal benchmarking.
    • Development based on analysis and data processing for the creation of topline KPIs (Occupancy, ADR, TrevPar, Room Type Performance, Segment Mix, and RGI).
    • Support throughout the Business Cases process to the Regional Director of Revenue Management, as well as Sales, Finance, and Operations.
    • Maintenance and evolution of the files necessary for the creation of Business Cases

    Revenue Management:

    • Key User of the CoStar tool for the Business Unit (maintenance of the tool, data quality, support for the Revenue Management team, incident resolution, etc.).
    • Update, creation, and development of performance reports at the BU level, both daily, weekly, and ADHOC.
    • Support to the Revenue Performance Manager with different tasks (process coordination, information consolidation, etc.).
    • Management of the interdepartmental relationship with EU & AM Revenue and BI regarding the database at the Business Unit level (management of BU Contact List, assignments for MBO, portfolio maintenance, etc.).

    Skills:

    • Highly analytical and proactive profile.
    • Good level of English, both spoken and written.
    • Communication skills and teamwork.
    • Knowledge of hotel Revenue Management.
    • Market knowledge for Spain, Italy, Portugal, and France for the entire Business Cases process as well as business follow-up.
    • Professional handling of the office package. Excel is essential, Power Query, VBA, or similar is valuable.
    • Basic notions of Access.
    • Knowledge in visualization programs like Power BI.
