What will you do
The Sr.

Manager, Cluster Lead SE (EMEA) is responsible for:

  • The leadership of Procurement activities across all spend categories, driving alignment between business and category strategies in your cluster.
  • Implementing strategic business and industry engagement to build a reliable, resilient and effective supply base for the company.
  • Endtoend spend management responsibilities in partnership with your peers, including, but not limited to, Category Management, Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contracting, and Innovation. Here you may be tasked or engaged to lead strategic projects, and dashboard and/or critical metric development as directed to support business development and process.
  • Delivering bold financial targets, including cost and working capital improvement.
  • Delivering a balanced value proposition including innovation, environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG), and procurement process excellence.


We are asking you to embody and embrace agile ways of working, being a critical partner of several regional leadership teams within your cluster and EMEA at Kenvue.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Deliver cluster financial, ESG, service, and innovation targets
  • Steward financial policy and responsible supplier and procurement standards
  • Engage with executive leadership in cluster forums
  • Engage in the development of category strategies and in certain instances Globally
  • Ensure effective incorporation of company strategy and goals into category strategies
  • Leverage and maximize fit for purpose procurement process solutions, including the utilization of world class digital solutions, use of business process outsourcing, and deployment of internal resources for the region
  • Engage with leadership in key supplier relationships
  • Benchmark industry best practices and continuously advance procurement capabilities
In addition to the elements mentioned above the Sr.

Manager Cluster Lead SE (EMEA) is accountable to define and achieve clear targets in conjunction with his/her Procurement counterparts and business stakeholders.


  • Manages relationship with key stakeholders and business representatives
  • Acts as cluster escalation point for procurement related issues and drives resolution in line with global Procurement policies
  • Achieves "buyin" from key stakeholders for major procurement initiatives
  • Creates and outlines contribution opportunities across subcategories in cluster and regionally for budget improvements
  • Manages relationship with regional and local business units. Ensures needs are being identified, represented, and incorporated into category strategies
  • Supports resource allocation between regional / local category initiatives
  • Promotes / escalates cluster specific procurement requirements on a regional level relative to all categories including changes of local legislations and policies
  • Acts as point of contact for the business to assure business requirements are met.
  • Supports the work and efforts of a crossfunctional Sourcing Team in all stages of a strategic sourcing project
  • Collaborates and aligns with global / regional / local procurement teams as applicable
  • Supports supplier selection and factbased negotiations
  • Contributes to leading practice exchange throughout the Procurement organization
  • Leads RFX execution as needed: Selects supplier and drives factbased negotiations
  • Collaborates with legal to finalize contractual agreement and its administration
  • Manages commercial supplier relationship management with key suppliers within cluster
  • Maintains and manages relationship with suppliers identified as key suppliers in the cluster, monitors performance of key strategic suppliers according to the guidelines and drive analytical spend cleanup.
  • Leads supplier development activities; sets up crossfunctional review meetings with key strategic suppliers to improve performance and further cost / demand reductions
  • Supports the identification of potential contract improvement opportunities and renegotiations

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's/University Degree is required, an MBA
