Are you an expert in Global Corporate Fleet Operations looking for a challenging opportunity to drive substantial change and transformation for a market-leading FMCG company with more than 20k vehicles in its corporate fleet?

This position will require a talented and highly influential strategic change leader with expert knowledge of the corporate fleet sector to develop and implement the 2030 global fleet strategy. Having hit its 2024 target of delivering a 30% electric vehicle fleet, the business is ready to take on its next ambitious target of further increasing the percentage of battery-powered vehicles in the global fleet to reduce its carbon footprint and CO2 emission while keeping fleet costs down.

As the Global Head of Fleet Strategy, your decisions will impact every part of the organization, spanning 90+ countries. You will lead a team of 4 expert Regional Fleet Managers who will drive the execution of your plans.

Success in this position will be determined by your ability to effectively sell your projects to your internal stakeholders and influence key decision-makers and budget owners in every part of the organization.

As the Global Head of Fleet Strategy, you will be expected to:-

• Develop the global fleet management strategy taking into consideration fleet regulations, industry trends, technologies, and customer needs to implement a standardized model for global fleet
• Implement a 5-year sustainability plan for the corporate fleet with clear targets for reduction of carbon emissions and increased electrification of the fleet
• Navigate a complex global matrix environment covering more than 90 countries to build strong and influential relationships with executive leaders around the world
• Demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills when delivering on-site presentations, online webinars, and workshops to present global fleet plans, programs and targets
• Provide guidance and leadership to your team of 4 Regional Fleet Managers to ensure global projects are accurately implemented in local markets
