    The Opportunity

    This internship will bring you the opportunity to work with a global healthcare organization.

    The project consists of providing support to the migration and launch of Abbott Nutrition Research & Development (ANRD) Knowledge Management platform. The platform includes multiple modules including a wiki library, document library, expert locator, training and more. The platform hosts over 1000 unique users a month.

    What You'll Learn

    In this role supporting the Knowledge Management team, amongst other skills, you will learn:

    • Migrating the website to SharePoint Modern technology.
    • Developing multiple webpages for internal training in multiple formats: computer-based training, wiki pages, libraries, etc.
    • Communicating webpage updates with content owners.
    • Providing support to users by answering questions and generating solutions.

    Required Qualifications

    • Communications / IT Management / Computer Science / Marketing preferred.
    • Great communication skills (oral and written)
    • English level C1 (oral and written)
    • Ability to work in a global team with English as the main language, ability to work with people in multiple countries.
    • Proficient with internet and web technologies.
    • Experience with web page and content development.
    • Self-driven learner with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
    • Experience in Microsoft SharePoint Classic, SharePoint Modern, and Power Apps would be a plus.
    • Project Management Skills.
    • Proficient with IT tasks such as Microsoft Office, Email, Online Meetings, etc).

    This Internship will have economic remuneration, it will require to sign a University/Business School agreement.
