IT- IT specialist 2nd level support (m/f/d)

As an IT specialist in 2nd level support, you will beresponsible for analyzing and solving hardware and softwareproblems for our IT users at the university hospital and will be acompetent contact person for our users with more complex IT issues.

• Analyzing hardware and software problems anddeveloping solutions using a ticket system according to the ITILstandard
• Installation and maintenance ofhardware and software
• Development andimplementation of support processes
• Carryingout tests and analyses
• Creation ofdocumentation and instructions

and you bring the following with you....

• Completed training as an IT specialist orcomparable qualification with an IT focus
• Sound knowledge of IT technology and handling hardware and software
• Strong knowledge in dealing with clients(computers, printers, )
• Experience in managing external service providers and in the fieldof media technology (projector, screen, TV & sound systems)
• Experience in dealing with customers andsolving problems
• Commitment, reliability andan independent and responsible working style
• Strong analytical thinking with a willingness to participate intraining and further education
• Good writtenand spoken German skills
• A strong customerfocus, enjoyment of working with people and team spirit round offyour profile
