About the role

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Being the first person in contact with the market when screening profiles (CV) through the different talent attraction channels (job portals, social media, fairs, universities ) and knowing how to manage it internally according to the needs of the recruitment team.
  • Would be responsible for administrative support amongst the Partners Attraction team including scheduling, pulling reports and data entry
  • Work closely with recruiters by continually sending possible profiles validated by him/ her /them.
  • Utilizing ATS reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and results
  • Use of technology and recruiting tools in order to ensure that the job advertisements reach the right people and are having the correct visibility in the market.

Requisitos:


Essential requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business and / or related businesses.
  • Fluent English level. Other languages (Portuguese) will be very favorable.
  • More than 1 year of experience as a Talent Source or a similar position in the HR recruitment department.
  • Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
  • Familiarity with digital tools and / or other sources of talent selection channels.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong sales skills.
  • Ability to make decisions quickly
  • Relationshipbuilding role.
