Santander Corporate & Investment Banking is looking for an HQ FCC Policy Framework Analyst, based in our Boadilla del Monte office.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As an
HQ FCC Policy Framework Analyst in HQ, you will be part of the Headquarters (HQ) FCC advisory team within the HQ compliance and Conduct function at SCIB.

You will develop and maintain adequate oversight regarding the FCC normative tree, providing as well internal advisory regarding policies and framework.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

Oversight that the changes or updates to policy are implemented.
Provide complex advisory support on policy and framework interpretation and local regulatory requirements.
Maintain and review the local addendum addressing policy or bespoke risk requirements.
Inputs into the Global FCC Training plan, defines the CIB Spain Awareness plan in line with emerging/ imminent risk, key areas of focus or concern.
Ensures appropriate comms of the relevant changes in landscape and the impact to the relevant area/ process as well as drives awareness as required.
Owns the development of any bespoke Spain CIB training.
Input into and support of the local RAC team training/ business development areas.

EXPERIENCE

1+ years of experience in FCC related functions, analysis of the business in matters of risk, FCC.
Valuable experience in positions related to the wholesale banking business.

EDUCATION

Bachelor Degree.
Related Master Degree is desirable.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Knowledge of Corporate and Investment Banking, markets, Global Transaction Banking, Global Debt Finance, Banking & Corporate Finance and financial products as well as of regulation in these areas.
Prior experience with a financial services company
Proven experience troubleshooting and discovering solutions quickly and effectively with exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
High level of English and Spanish.
