Warehouse manager

Role Summary
This position administers and operates CCE warehouses, including processing, packaging, and storage of camelina seeds, supplies, materials, and equipment. Accounts for all materials and supplies in the storage facilities. Audits goods received into the warehouse. Oversees the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials, and related reporting by established procedures.

Prepares and coordinates along with the logistic department the shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space.

Ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.


Job Accountabilities

Supervise and lead the day-to-day activities of the production personnel and warehouse area to ensure the facility's process safety, environmental, reliability, and cost optimization goals.

Maintain a safe and environmentally compliant operation by following, implementing, and enforcing

Company procedures and complying with all legal regulations.

Utilize the warehouse layout, for storage efficiency. Ensure the optimal inventory levels of goods are maintained to fulfill daily needs.

Establish and monitor production KPIs.

Maintain a Critical Spares Program in collaboration with the company COO.

Manage ERP replenishment orders for the warehouse storeroom.

Participate in the development of setting up lean procedures with the logistic department for the warehouse


Required Qualifications

• Industrial FPII degree.
• At least 5 years of related experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to lead a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Spain.
• Proficiency within G-Suite and/or MS Office, with the ability in working with data and statistics.
• Knowledge of data visualization software (Power Bi) will be considered an advantage.
• Professional fluency in English will be considered an advantage.
