Summary:


This opportunity would suit a senior in-house recruiter looking to expand their skill set, or an experienced agency recruiter looking to utilise their sourcing skills with an internal team.


This person will report into the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and will work with the wider talent acquisition and HR teams.

Skills and requirements:


  • Work across all departments to deliver effective end to end recruitment, in line with Product Madness' recruitment strategy.
  • Accountable for building and maintaining talent pools for each department, with a view to increasing quality while decreasing time to hire and costs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Provide consultative support and guidance to managers in all areas of recruitment, keeping them informed of the progress on their vacancies.
  • Use multiple sourcing channels to find top talent within gaming, technology and marketing.
  • Support more junior members of the team and a champion for talent acquisition at Product Madness.

About You:


  • You will have previous experience working as an internal or agency recruiter, with a focus on direct sourcing.
  • Previous experience sourcing from mid to senior level roles within gaming, tech or media preferred. Ideally with lower volume, high quality hiring for niche skill sets.
  • You'll have bags of confidence to challenge recruitment requirements, business needs and have experience managing senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Experienced using uptodate sourcing methods.
  • Knowledgeable of current recruiting trends.
  • Able to provide consultative support to the senior leadership team.
