Job Description

We strive to deliver exceptional guest experiences by ensuring our hotel runs smoothly. As a Maintenance Representative, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and overall quality of our facilities.

Main Responsibilities

• Repair, replace, and refurbish items around the hotel to ensure optimal functionality.
• Take responsibility for the safety and cleanliness of areas inside and outside the hotel, adhering to high standards of quality and hygiene.
• Follow the preventative maintenance calendar and identify opportunities to improve guest experiences.
• Maintain open communication with your supervisor or duty manager regarding supply levels and other important updates.
• Be prepared to take on additional duties when needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of experience in maintenance or repair work.
• A high school diploma or related vocational training.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, building management programs, and reporting tools such as HotSos, Opera, Lutron, Bartech, or Inncom.
• Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrics, and preventative maintenance procedures.
• A reasonable level of physical fitness, requiring regular standing, bending, and kneeling.
• Excellent communication skills, with a warm, welcoming, and approachable demeanor.
