    Objetivos del Cargo

    Buscamos a un Técnico de soporte junior con habilidades de comunicación, trabajo en equipo, proactividad, resolución de problemas, autoexigencia, habilidades de negociación, respeto y empatía.

    Las funciones principales a desempeñar serán:

    • Soporte Infraestructura y Workplace (atención al usuario in situ).
    • Mantenimiento de CMDB (Configuration Management Data Base) y redactar procedimientos.
    • Atención al usuario y centros de trabajo.
    • Coordinación de aplicaciones corporativas, interlocución con terceros y cliente interno/corporativo.
