We are searching for a well-know international energy provider with more than 100 years of experience:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAM ASSISTANT

MISSION:
You will contribute to the growth of the company by providing administrative and organizational support in renewable energy projects.

You will be part of the Business Development Spain's Team and will report to the country head of Business Development.


TASKS:

  • Carry out communication with the Administration
  • Maining accurate records.
  • Meetings organization: schedule, send reminders and organizing events.
  • Managing the teams's calendar
  • Support on renewable energy projects
  • Minor accountancy duties

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Previous experience as a Team Assistant, preferably in an engineers team.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency english level (C2) and a native spanish level. This will be tested during the interview.
  • Profile: communicational, organizational and stakeholder management's skills.
  • Desirable: Knowledge/Experience on Energy Development Processes.
