Job description:

Your mission will be to create, develop, make profitable and sustain what will be your own Business Unit by being the main decision maker on the operational and strategic side.

To do this, you will operate on a daily basis in five main areas:

Business & Strategy

Coordination of your business unit
Define the development strategy of your Business Unit and monitor its KPIs
Diversify the implementation of existing and future services
Negotiate and write structured technical and financial commercial proposals
Plan, prepare and lead client meetings
Prepare and lead qualification meetings between clients and your Business Unit consultants
Plan regular project reviews and followup meetings and ensure timely delivery of project reports

Customer relationship management

Monitor your clients' activities in order to anticipate needs and win new projects
Strengthen existing partnerships with clients and develop new ones
Manage the legal and contractual aspects of opening new accounts
Maintain a unique and tailormade relationship with your key account clients

Financial management

Manage the P&L of your business unit independently
Provide advanced P&L analysis, identify potential problems and develop an action plan to optimise turnover and contribution margin
Manage invoicing

Management

Participate in the construction of the annual business plan and the objectives to be achieved
Support and monitor your team by developing the skills of each individual
Challenge and propose initiatives, existing processes and projects to be implemented

Human Resources

Participate in the recruitment and management of a team of consultants (sourcing, interviewing, reporting, contract signing, etc.)
Monitor the career development of the team (role allocation, evaluation, involvement of key people, etc.)
Manage and anticipate intercontract situations with appropriate solutions

About you
We are looking for senior profile with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ambition to take on new challenges with the following elements:

You have at least 2 years of experience as a Manager/Business Engineer in our key sectors, with first knowledge in IT/Engineering/Life Sciences
You want to work in a demanding environment where excellence is the main driver
You have a Master's degree in business or engineering
