    Job Title: Beverage Management Specialist


    In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless management of food and beverage inventory. Key responsibilities include conducting weekly stock audits, monitoring cost variances, and coordinating with purchasing teams to maintain accurate stock records.



    Key Responsibilities



    • Create a system to track and monitor food and beverage costs

    • Analyze data from weekly inventories to identify trends in sales patterns

    • Maintain effective communication channels between departments involved in the procurement process such as Purchasing/Stocktake Manager
