We are looking for professionals like you in our international Hub based in Madrid.

Functions:

Analyzing documentation supplied but internal and external stakeholder, sorting them and putting the relevant systems.
To have an indepth understanding of processes and to adopt an ethos of continuous review with the intention of improving, error proofing, automating, simplifying, clarifying and eradicating any "nonvalue" process steps.
Proactively gain and develop knowledge of all relevant lines of business to facilitate accurate processing for both retained and outsourced work elements.
Build strong relationships with Underwriters, Clients, Brokers, Chubb Offices and other external parties, become the main focal and contact point for all service matters relating to their accounts.
To work within the framework of Chubb ethical and service standards.
