Job summary
We are looking for a Marketplace Economics Strategist to partner with the Product and Marketplace organizations to define Rover's global economics strategy. This is a hybrid position that has the minimum expectation to work out of our Barcelona Office in the Poblenou neighborhood two days per week on Mondays and Thursdays.- Define and lead the marketplace economic strategy, turning company growth objectives into actionable pricing levers
- Analyse, design and evolve commission structures, discount programs, and economic incentive models that align supply success with new customer acquisition goals
