Senior Manager, Platform & Data Security Architect

Job Purpose

  • Supports the definition and roll out of a security architecture that secures CCEP Cloud Services
  • Advocates the efficient use of existing and emerging security technologies to strengthen the security of CCEP data assets and business processes, according to the zero trust principles
  • Supports ensuring that business solutions are built in a way to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of CCEP's cloud platforms
  • Supports the developing, implementing, operating and maintaining the Information Security Management framework for cloud CCEP IT

What will be expected of you

  • Supports CCEP software development teams in producing secure products, through the governance of the secure software development lifecycle process
  • Designs and deploys security solutions to protect CCEP data against data leaks, in compliance with regulation and internal controls
  • Actively helps the security operations team and the security operation center in developing and improving capabilities to protect CCEP from cyberattacks.
  • Establish, deploy and maintain a framework for IT security controls
  • Provide input to the Information Security Policy, standards and procedures that consider relevant regional regulations and industry council standards.
  • Collaborate with the Data Protection Office to ensure CCEP's compliance with the data privacy regulation
  • Responsible for the definition and maintenance of cloud security standards
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and internal IT teams to evaluate alternatives in case security threats are found to be inadequately mitigated by proposed cloud platforms

Qualifications

  • University degree in informatics, business informatics or comparable course of studies
  • Fluent knowledge of English language

Experience Required

  • Not less than 10 years of experience in IT security including complex and crossfunctional projects, or similar position
  • Experience in IT security related technologies
  • Experience in pentesting and secure software development
  • Strong background in having implemented IT security in cloud environments such as Azure, O365, Salesforce and Servicenow.
  • Desirable experience in implementing DLP solutions such as Purview Information Protection
  • Experience in architecting solutions involving heavy usage of XaaS technologies
  • Experience of working in a Matrix structure

Technical Skills Required

  • Preferred security certifications such as CISSP, SANS, OSCP, OSEP, OSWE,CCSK, Azure Security Administrator and O365 Security Administrator
  • Deep knowledge of security frameworks like OWASP, NIST, ISO2700
  • Basic understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and data security requirements
  • Deep knowledge of cloud security tools such as CASB, CSPM, CWP, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Purview Information Protection
  • Deep Knowledge on Microsoft cloud products
  • Knowledge of Zero-Trust Architectures
