    About Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor:


    The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca is perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and backed by panoramic vistas of the Mediterranean and the surrounding landscapes, the hotel was originally opened in 1929 within an expansive private estate.

    Currently undergoing restoration and renovation, this stunning historic property is scheduled to open its doors as a Four Seasons resort in mid-2024.



    ​The resort will have a total of 109 rooms and suites, culinary experiences, including a signature restaurant, a beachfront restaurant and café, and a poolside bar and grill, events space, spa and fitness facilities, direct access to the beach, adult pool access to the beach, adult pool and vitality pool, Kids for All Seasons, and a wine tasting experience in the vineyards.

    We are looking for a Steward Supervisor to join our pre-opening team.

    The Steward Supervisor is an essential member of the Kitchen team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.


    The Steward Supervisor main functions are:


    Ensure the smooth running of cleaning and storing of cutlery, glassware, crockery, porcelain, and kitchen utensils, as well as general cleaning activities in the kitchen, and actively participate in daily operations.

    Responsible for the proper storage, use, and maintenance of all kitchen equipment, as well as the management and ordering of consumables, cleaning materials, and disposal accessories.

    Conduct inventories and determine the need for new acquisitions.
    Ensure proper waste separation and disposal.
    Professionally train new employees and instruct external companies as needed.
    Ensure compliance with all quality standards, HACCP guidelines, and occupational safety regulations.

    In your leadership role, you help build and expand the stewarding team, foster a positive, motivating work atmosphere, report to the kitchen management, and collaborate with colleagues, such as the service team, in organizing events and food promotions.
