We are hiring

Regional Supply Chain organization in South Europe, Africa and Middle East (MED) is responsible for securing E2E material flow all the way from vendor to customer site for all Manufacturing units.

We are responsible for securing due diligence in ramp up & down plans, material demand and Supply Chain readiness for NPI projects as well as supporting the business with input for business cases, vendor logistic agreements & delivery RISK mitigation through Category Teams among others.

Responsibilities

Support and optimize the Supply Chain process that impact logistics together with relevant stakeholders
Create and maintain factory Plan For Every Part (PFEP) for your focused reference Factory
Analyze purchasing, planning and warehouse set up to ensure a smooth and controlled Supply Chain.
Implement continue improvement activities to ensure Vendor development.
Incoming Material flow optimization keeping the right Inventory level
Control and keep focus into Customer deliveries for different factories in the MED Region.
Run the yearly VSM creation/update in logistics
Logistics roadmap implementation
Ensure that phase in/out are updated and that obsolete inventory are decreased

Qualifications:

High Technical studies like Engineer, Chemicals are worth, or specific about Supply Chain.
Experience in Industrial environment in Supply Chain, Logistic, Production or Continue Improvement.
Knowledge and experience in using different Lean tools.
Supply Chain certificates is an add value.

Competencies:

Fluent in English
Handson experience with Supply Chain & Planning in an ERP systems. SAP good knowledge is an important advantage
Expert level in Excel
Good level on problem solving to ensure Supply Chain
Negotiation and team work skills.
Result Oriented.
Very high level on accountability.
Work under time sensitive environments, proven commitment to continuous improvement
