At LOEWE we have long recognized sustainability as one of our key priorities, and we are investing over the coming decade to drive tangible results to ensure a sustainable environmental footprint and ethical sourcing practices.

We are looking for an experienced candidate with a background in environmental sustainability (social responsibility background a bonus), and a proven track record of driving positive sustainability changes in a business environment.

Your role will be :

• Execute sustainability projects,

leading 360 cross-functional teams, tracking progress and resolving roadblocks

• Update the Loewe sustainability strategy and prioritize projects
• Help put in place a new way of working around Sustainability at LOEWE, with key referents in all departments and formal follow up across the business with all initiatives
• Conduct analysis and develop presentation materials to update executive leadership on the progress of our sustainability initiatives on a regular basis
• Support Head of Strategy in liaison with LVMH corporate sustainability leaders, facilitating the exchange of ideas and the execution of corporate initiatives
• Lead all sustainability reporting
• Collaborate with Marketing in defining the strategy, content and messaging of endcustomer sustainability communications (including through wholesale partners)
• Develop internal sustainability communication (employee intranet) and help disseminate a culture of sustainability across the organization

Profile
What is important for the role :

• 8+ years of environmental sustainability experience in corporate or consulting,

ideally in luxury goods, fashion or retail

• Experience developing a sustainability vision and strategy
• Strong analytical skills and comfortable with numbers
• Advanced communication skills both written and verbal to deliver clear content and wellbalanced narratives for senior leadership
• Proactiveness and a selfstarter orientation : you are motivated by solving tough problems and proactively develop an action plan to tackling the work at hand
• Excellent fluency in English (C2 level) as working documentation. Spanish and French is a plus
