We are looking for an exceptionally talented and committed HR People Partner.

Reporting to the Spain HR Director you will play a critical role in the Change Management and driving the HR strategy in the company.

You will work closely with the Leadership Team Members acting as a Key Agent in order to archieve the company goals.

What we are looking for
We need people who are self-motivated, independent, and proactive. Due to our fast-paced nature you must be able to quickly triage, and prioritize. In order to be successful in this role, we look for a person with a outstanding client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships


The ability to influence and work effectively with key cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership team across the organization is important for us.

And, we need someone with analytical skills; ability to make data driven decisions; understand and manage HR metrics

**Key responsibilities: - Support Managers in regards to HR requests and coaching on performance management and other talent issues

  • Manage and coordinate HR service delivery to ensure risk and compliance and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with People Services to deploy processes and services that are required to be executed in line with CoE standards

For example:
payroll and benefits, local development and training, recruitment and onboarding, performance and compensation reviews

  • Facilitate HR communications and reporting
  • Provide feedback on HR policies, processes and programs to the Head of HR, People Services and CoEs
  • Partner with directors and managers from the Business

Education and experience

  • University Degree in Psychology, Business, Economics or related studies. An MSc in Human Resources degree will be highly appreciated
  • 5+ years' relevant experience as HR Business Partner in complex organizations
  • Retail / Sales/ Commercial HR management experience is a preferred qualification
  • Must be fluent in English
