JOB DESCRIPTION:
Roiback is an award-winning global technology and services platform specializing in direct channel management for hotels.

Founded in 2010 in Palma de Mallorca, Roiback maximizes direct online sales and profitability for over 2000 independent hotels and hotel chains worldwide.


As a Google Premier Partner, a Strategic Main Partner for Southern Europe by TripAdvisor, and a recipient of the World Travel Awards for seven years in a row, Roiback continues to excel in the industry.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Design Executive to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team.


Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, your primary responsibility will be to create, maintain, and enhance digital designs consistent with our company's brand, aesthetic, and marketing strategy.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and update Roiback's corporate website, creating new pages or digital assets as needed, using Webflow.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand image while meeting company objectives.
  • Oversee our main social media platform (LinkedIn) and create shareable content.
  • Edit and refine the company's sales asset designs and layouts.
  • Provide graphics and designs to support various promotions, events, and exhibitions.
  • Occasionally manage photography and video shoots for both internal and external events.
  • Perform other adhoc duties as assigned by the Head of Marketing & Communications.

Requirements:


  • A team player with a positive attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and dedication to excellence.
  • Bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in a professional digital design role.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous digital design work that highlights your experience and creativity.
  • Proficiency with standard digital design tools, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.
  • Expertise in creating stunning PowerPoint presentations for commercial processes.
  • Working knowledge of CSS and HTML.
  • Professional experience with Webflow is highly valued.
  • Solid grasp of current digital design best practices and web techniques.
  • Photo and video editing expertise.
  • Experience designing digital assets for diverse target audiences.
  • Highly creative, technically savvy, and eager to propose innovative ideas and see them through.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple ongoing projects in a fastpaced environment.
