Bookiply is our software and service solution which helps vacation rental owners manage and distribute their properties more efficiently.

We are a German company based in Munich and opened our office in Santa Cruz de Tenerife in September 2019 to be as close as possible to our customers.

You will be part of the Canarian Bookiply team, led by Arian who has great experience in Sales and the travel & hospitality industry.

The team highlights the good work environment and companionship - besides great teamwork, they also enjoy spending time together outside working hours.

Your role in this journey

  • Reach out to vacation rental owners and execute sales strategies (mostly by cold calling) to find out if Bookiply is the right solution for their needs.
  • Generate sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Be rigorous in activity tracking and monitor your completion of monthly targets.
  • Conduct meetings with vacation rental owners: Either by going on business trips to your focus regions or by holding them remotely and gain valuable market insights.
  • Support the onboarding process of new team members and share your knowledge with other international sales teams at Bookiply.
  • Help organize virtual and inperson events to promote Bookiply and build a community of vacation rental owners.
Your backpack is filled with

  • High level of selfmotivation and ability to convince our vacation rental homeowners both on the phone (cold calling), in remote meetings and face to face.
  • Positive mindset towards new challenges and empathic personality that enables strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Solutiondriven attitude and the ability to work in a responsible and organized way.
  • Preferred but not mandatory: experience in sales or account management, travel industry or online business.
  • Near native Spanish skills and fluent English.
  • Driver ́s license.
