Presales Solutions Consultant to join our Presales team. We look for people with the right cultural fit having what it takes to drive our business forward. We also look for people who are keen to develop new knowledge and skills, because our growth is ultimately dependent on yours. You will play an important role in driving change within our business, joining a department that is continually on a journey of change.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and offer technical solutions according to the customer's needs supporting the commercial department.
  • Prepare presentations and demonstrations to explain customers the services offered.
  • Ensure communication between the client and Sabio, in order to be able to evaluate the solutions offered and whether they meet the client's expectations.
  • Elaborate competitive offers and adequate them to the client's needs.
  • Evaluate and analyse similar solutions from competitors to establish strengths and weaknesses.
  • Study, analyse and maintain an uptodate knowledge of the CX technologies distributed by Sabio.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise:


  • University degree, preferably in Telecommunications or Computer Science (other studies are also valid in case you have work experience)
  • At least 2 years of experience in project participation and/or analysis of technical and functional requirements in the Contact Center sector.
  • Customer orientation, communication skills and result orientation.
  • Desirable
  • Previous experience in presales area in the CC sector.
  • Previous knowledge of any of the following solutions: Genesys(GE,GC or PC), Avaya (AES,CMS,SM,...), Verint (Recording,Speech Analytics, WFO,...), SBCs, Twilio, Google DialogFlow or similar.
  • Previous knowledge in Artificial Intelligence and/or CC Automation.
  • Presales experience will be highly valuable.
