Job Description:
Lacroix City Road Signs entity in NORTE is looking for a Business Controller. This new position is to be filled as soon as possible. The aim is to improve existing profitability analysis tools, including ERP costing module, supported by the Business Unit Road Signs Controller based in France, in order to improve the BU overall performance.
Main tasks:
Acting as a Business Partner to the General Manager, you contribute to develop BU Road Signs in NORTE, supported by the BU Road Signs Controller based in France, in the main factory, and under the supervision of the Head of Controlling of LACROIX City.
The Business Controller provides all necessary financial analysis to the Top Management and to all units across the organization in order to manage the BU performance, focusing on continuous improvement.
The following tasks await you:
- Supervise and control accounting closures in compliance with closing deadlines and group reporting standards
- Set up reporting tools for the general management of the entity and the LACROIX City management,
- Design business dashboards and proper KPIs,
- Develop and monitor a budget process, at branch level, enhanced with a monthly forecasting process,
- Followup on profitability of commercial offers or projects,
- Contribute to improve Unit Cost analysis of production
- You will contribute to the full implementation of the costing model in SAP
L'entité Lacroix City Signalisation de NORTE est à la recherche d'un contrôleur de gestion dans le cadre d'un VIE si possible d'une durée de 2 ans, à pourvoir dès que possible.
L'objectif est d'améliorer les outils d'analyse de la rentabilité existants, notamment le module de calcul des coûts de l'ERP, en s'appuyant sur le contrôleur de gestion de l'activité basé en France, afin d'améliorer la performance globale de la BU.
Agissant en tant que Business Partner auprès du Directeur Général, vous contribuez à développer la BU Signalisation NORTE, soutenu par le contrôleur de gestion de la BU Signalisation basé en France, dans l'usine principale, et sous la supervision du Responsable du contrôle de gestion de LACROIX City.
Le contrôleur de gestion fournit toutes les analyses financières nécessaires au Top Management et à toutes les unités de l'organisation afin de gérer la performance de la BU, en se concentrant sur l'amélioration continue.
Les tâches suivantes vous attendent:
Superviser et contrôler les clôtures comptables dans le respect des délais de clôture et des normes de reporting du groupe.
Concevoir des tableaux de bord d'activité et des indicateurs de performance appropriés,
Élaborer et suivre un processus budgétaire, au niveau de l'agence, enrichi d'un processus prévisionnel mensuel,
Suivi de la rentabilité des offres commerciales ou des projets,
Contribuer à améliorer l'analyse des coûts unitaires de production
Vous contribuerez à la mise en œuvre complète du modèle de calcul des coûts dans SAP.
Qualifications:
Degree in Economics (or equivalent)
2/3 years experience in the mentioned tasks
Fluent in Spanish, English and French
Main Skills:
Autonomy, Rigor, Analysis, Synthesis, Anticipation, Planning, Organization and Sense of persuasion
Additional Information
- Master Degree with a Finance specialization, you have a minimum of 3 years
