- Concepción de soluciones técnicas y funcionales.
- Diseño, implementación y operación de paisajes de sistemas SAP.
- Resolución de tickets de clientes (Soporte de 2o nivel).
- Apoyo en proyectos para consultores en el sitio del cliente.
- Si tiene los conocimientos necesarios, llevar a cabo proyectos de manera independiente y apoyar en preventa.
- Formación en informática o experiencia laboral relacionada.
- Profundo dominio en configuración de infraestructuras SAP.
- Entornos virtuales (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Sistemas de almacenamiento (FC y/o iSCSI).
- Servidores HP.
- Backup/recuperación.
- Bases de datos (MS, SQL, Oracle, HANA).
- Redes informáticas.
- Seguridad informática (Firewall, contenido).
- Capacidad para comprender situaciones complejas y enfoque metodológico orientado a resultados.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
- Motivación para adquirir nuevos conocimientos tecnológicos.
- Muy buenos conocimientos de alemán e inglés fluido
- Nivel de alemán alto (tanto hablado como escrito)
