We're on the lookout for French-speaking
Customer Service Representatives (On-site) to join our team of game-changers who engage with customers from top brands that could be from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, or another leading-edge industry.

What you will do in this role
As a
Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:

  • Solve requests/incidents that require a higher level of technical knowledge
  • Support technical enquires and manage incidents of the client's product, car electrical chargers.
  • Progress / close service requests to a satisfactory conclusion on call management system
  • Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress
  • Monitor / progress all open queries in queue
  • Escalate potential service issues to appropriate level
  • Ensure contractual SLA is maintained
  • Respond to any reasonable task posed by the assigned manager
  • Achieve an excellent customer satisfaction level
