As the Head
of Sales for the USA you are responsible for the further development of the strategic policy in the short run and in the long run who will carry out the values, mission, and vision of the company.


In collaboration with the Country Manager, you will be responsible for adapting and leading all global sales strategies and processes into the country.

You will be instrumental in driving and executing the country's sales delivery and have the responsibility for the country's sales forecasting.

You will have the Leadership of the local sales team.


We are looking for someone who has strong experience in the cosmetic industry, is continuously searching for new opportunities for growth and product improvements relevant to the country and knows how to motivate the team.


Key responsibilities:


  • Deliver sales against agreed targets and leading sales team.
  • Use Value Added Selling techniques and processes to maximize sales opportunities.
  • You have the ideal combination of commercial talent, people management skills and coaching skills.
  • You are resultoriented and can set priorities for the team.
  • Realizing and guaranteeing the further commercial growth of the organization.
  • Development and execution of sales action plans.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Search for new important customers and develop business relationships.
  • You are responsible for impacting global strategies with local needs.
  • You coach your team members to their individual goals and daily activities.
  • You are aware of developments in the cosmetics industry.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.

Profile:


  • Have at least 5+ years of experience in similar position preferably in a similar sector (cosmetics, skincare, beauty salons, cosmeceutical)
  • Handson mentality
  • Enthusiastic leader
  • Efficient and growthoriented working
  • Bilingual in Spanish is an asset.
  • You have an international mindset.
  • You have a wide network.
  • Experience and proven achievements in areas of sales and marketing.
  • You combine a mature, balanced, and convincing personality with a downtoearth, handson, resultsoriented attitude and a Growing Together mentality.
  • You are flexible in terms of accessibility and availability and show a high level of commitment, passion and pride for the business, the products, your team, and the customers.
  • Because of your nononsense approach and pragmatic attitude, you will feel at home in a SME environment.
