- As International Project Manager TIC Industry (f/m/d), you will work in the field of auditing and certification for international key accounts to be the main contact person, problem solver and care taker to our customers, mainly from the automotive industry.
- As the main contact person you build, maintain and intensify relationships with existing key account customers, encompassing customer support and coordination of the entire audit and certification process from order creation to invoicing.
- You are responsible for planning, contract implementation, monitoring and controlling of the global audit programs of our key accounts, in close collaboration with the customers, key account managers, our affiliate offices and technical competence centers around the world.
- You control the process with regard to deadlines, customer expectations and budget as well as provide clear guidance to all stakeholders and coordinate at the internal interfaces to sales, certification, foreign subsidiaries and commercial department.
- The Project Manager leads or coordinates the audit planning, resourcing, staffing, subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and establishes a communication concept to ensure information flow between all project participants and an effective stakeholder management.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and or experience
- Experience in ISO/IEC and IATF certification business and planning of large audit programs for complex customers
- Excellent verbal and written languages skills in English and Spanish (German is beneficial but not required)
- Team player with strong communication as well as interpersonal skills and a strong customer orientation
- Proficient computer and software skills (especially MS Office, SAP helpful) are needed
