Your Key Responsibilities:

Designing and implementing marketing strategies: Develop and execute creative digital marketing campaigns targeted at Danish-speaking audiences, ensuring strong engagement and high conversion rates.
Managing multi-channel digital campaigns: Take ownership of campaigns across various digital platforms including SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising, while optimizing them for improved performance.
Tracking and analyzing campaign performance: Regularly assess key performance metrics (KPIs) and adjust campaigns accordingly to ensure continued success and growth.
Targeting the right audience: Create effective segmentation strategies to ensure campaigns reach the relevant Danish-speaking audience segments with maximum impact.

What We're Looking For:

Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken): You'll be working with Danish content, so fluency is essential.
Experience in digital marketing: You should have hands-on experience running digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, social media, email marketing, and display ads.
Analytical mindset: Ability to analyze data and draw insights from campaign performance to refine and improve results.
Creative problem-solver: A strong ability to think strategically and creatively, bringing fresh ideas to campaigns that make an impact.
Proficiency in marketing tools: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Organized and self-driven: Comfortable working independently, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and meeting deadlines.
Comfortable with hybrid or onsite work: Flexibility to work either remotely or onsite at our office in Barcelona, based on your preference.
