    TasksAs our Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our clientele by leveraging your
    sales expertise and passion for Padel. You will be instrumental in promoting our unique Padel
    experiences and courses, driving sales strategies, and building lasting relationships with our
    customers and partners. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, deep understanding of sports
    tourism, and a love for the game of Padel.
    Identify opportunities to grow the business in new and existing markets
    Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in our B2C and B2B
    markets.
    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
    Understand market trends and customer needs to offer tailored Padel Experiences
    Collaborate with marketing to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
    Work with Padel Travel Designers to build Padel Packages and new Formats
    Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients' experiences surpass their
    expectations.
    Represent our brand at Industry Events and Padel Tournaments.
    RequirementsHighly-motivated, persistent and ready to hustle


    • Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Strong passion for and understanding of Padel and Sports Tourism.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all
    levels.


    • Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages, especially Italian, are a plus.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field preferred.
